Delivery

We endeavor to send your in-stock order within 24 hours of receiving payment. Customised order production timings vary and will generally have the completion time listed on each product. Please note that these times depend upon many factors and are a guideline only. If your order is required by a certain date, please let us know when ordering and we will advise whether delivery by that date is possible. Unfortunately we have no control over delivery time once your item has been mailed.

Our preferred method of delivery is by Registered Post, however we offer the option of regular Australia Post delivery and Express Post. Please note that while Express Post delivery may be quicker, depending upon your location, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery. All You Need will not be held responsible for packages which go astray during delivery, so therefore we recommend you select Registered Mail.

We are more than happy to accept international orders. Please contact us prior to ordering for a postage and handling quotation.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes your situation can change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We are happy to offer a full refund if we have not yet mailed or commenced work on your order.

We check each and every product very carefully prior to posting. If you believe that your item is faulty or in some way unsatisfactory, please contact us with the details and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Note: Due to the nature of handcrafted products, certain items are designed to have an aged look and this is considered to be a unique characteristic rather than a fault.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Payment

We accept payment by Direct Bank Deposit, Money Order and Paypal. Orders will not be completed until funds have cleared.

Sizing Information

To ensure the perfect fit, we may request that you provide us with the appropriate measurements. For custom made items we will not start cutting until measurements have been received.

We provide a basic size guideline for many products. The size of certain items may vary from this and where possible have been listed on the product page.

If in doubt, please contact us prior to ordering and we willbe happy to assist you to select the correct size.
